Rezolve AI (RZLV) shares charged aggressively to the upside on Tuesday after the firm announced a major collaboration with Alphabet’s (GOOG) (GOOGL) Google.

The giant has selected RZLV’s distributed database platform for deployment within Google Cloud to support indexing and data pipelines behind the cloud segment’s Web3 blockchain datasets.

What the Google News Means for Rezolve Stock

The Google selection is largely bullish for RZLV stock because it could help the company establish credibility beyond its core agentic-commerce business.

Rezolve has been committed to commercializing its proprietary database technology for enterprise AI infrastructure — a market estimated to grow from $109 billion in 2025 to $295 billion annually by the end of this decade.

In its press release, RZLV said its platform will sit at the “infrastructure layer” supporting Google Cloud Web3’s blockchain datasets, adding that its system performs multiple cryptographic, schema, structural, and cross-validation checks before data enters the public datasets.

On Tuesday, Rezolve AI soared past its major moving averages (MAs), with an RSI in the mid-60s indicating intense buying pressure.

Why Investors Should Avoid Chasing the RZLV Shares Rally

Investors are nonetheless advised to exercise caution in chasing Rezolve shares’ explosive surge, mostly because of valuation concerns. The company is currently trading at a price-to-sales (P/S) multiple of 17x, which appears stretched for a company of its size.

Importantly, the Google selection does not come with a disclosed contract value or specific revenue contribution.

The deployment is certainly a meaningful credibility boost, but investors still need to see whether Rezolve can convert the technology into a larger enterprise infrastructure business.

That makes a pullback or consolidation potentially more attractive than buying after a major gap higher.

What’s the Consensus Rating on Rezolve AI

Despite the aforementioned concerns, however, Wall Street remains bullish on RZLV shares heading into the company’s fiscal Q2 earnings on Sept. 1.
